She deals directly with fine jewelry manufacturers all over the United States and has access to over a million different items. Because she does not maintain a traditional store, and all orders are direct from the manufacturer, she is able to save her clients thirty to forty percent compared to retail shopping. All items are set in 14k or 18k gold. Many of her clients include those who don’t choose to take the time from their busy lives and jobs to shop for fine jewelry. She will meet with them, personally deliver the item and gift wrap "on the spot". She offers gift certificates and also maintains "Wish Lists", making it easy for the gift giver to know exactly what to purchase for their significant other when the occasion arises. Carol goes the extra mile to remind clients by email or phone of upcoming personal events such as anniversaries, birthdays, etc. All jewelry is personally sold to her private clients.
